Cost is $8 a car per day, or you can purchase the Empire Passport for $65. This will allow you into any New York State Park for the year. Hiking, camping and swimming in the lake with lifeguards.

Peerless Pool is a nice, clean pool, with lots of seating and places to swim for kids of all ages. There is a baby pool with fountain, and the main pool starts out shallow and gets deeper, so it makes it easier with toddlers. There is also a super slide for the older kids and adults. The YMCA has an indoor pool at the West Avenue location which is great when the weather is too cold to swim outside. They offer swimming lessons, a swim team, lap swim and family swim.
