Let's review what's going on around town this weekend for you and your little one. Friday - Tonight, don't forget Family Night at Saratoga Strike Zone. $12 per person gets you a game of bowling, pizza, soda, a bumper car ride and 4 arcade tokens. Fun for everyone!
Saturday - Take your kids over to Lowe's at 10am for the Build and Grow. Everyone will love the School House Photo Holder your little one can make for free. Then hop over to Saratoga Casino and Raceway and debate who has the best barbeque at the Taste of Country National Barbeque Championships, anytime from 11am to 10pm. If you don't have tickets, they are $20 at the door. In the afternoon, check out the Tang Museum at Skidmore for their Family Saturdays from 2-3:30. This week they are featuring El Anatsui's elegant curtain, and then make mosiac drapes out of recycled materials. Free, but reservations recommended.
Sunday - Today is National Dance Day at the National Museum of Dance from 1-4pm. Hosted by So You Think You Can Dance, tickets are $6 for adults, and kids 12 and under are FREE. Also, if you are heading to the track, today is baseball cap giveaway. Tonight, bring a chair and some snacks over to Congress Park and enjoy the sounds of Sonny & Perley from 7-8:30.
