Meet Luna

A few weeks ago, I shared the news that we would be bringing a special new four legged member into our family, Luna. She is still in Mexico receiving treatment, but is doing well and we can't wait to meet her in mid-March, when photographer Tracey Buyce will travel back to Mexico to bring her back. If it wasn't for Tracey, Luna would not have been saved, and if it wasn't for the work of CANDi so many animals would be needlessly suffering. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1LviAAl2bc

This is Luna before she was rescued...

luna671_722355936_oWe all know these animals do not deserve to suffer like this. Anyone who has had the joy of having a pet in their lives knows their unconditional, undemanding, selfless love. All they want is to snuggle up with you, and having your loving attention makes them the happiest little things on the planet. In our world where there are so many incomprehensible bad things, dogs are just pure goodness. There are many, many dogs just like Luna, including many puppies that are available to adopt. To read more about CANDi click here, just $20 can spay or neuter a dog. To read about Isla Animal Rescue where people can adopt puppies that have been rescued click here. Stay tuned to Mamatoga for more about Luna, we are literally counting the days when she will be here as part of our family.
