Homemade Baby Food 101 at Healthy Living Market and Cafe

JACK O'KEEFE Calling all new moms and soon to be mamas, mark your calendars for this FREE class at Healthy Living Market and Cafe: Homemade Baby Food 101 with Sam Pierre.

Happening on Wednesday, February 17th from 10 to 11am, come learn how easy it is to feed your baby with whole, nutrient-dense ingredients that don’t come out of a jar or pouch!  Homemade baby food is so simple to make and it offers your baby the best kind of nutrition available- made from, and only from, real foods.  In this free class, you’ll learn how to steam, poach, blanch and utilize other methods to make easy foods your baby will love.

About Sam Pierre: Sam was born and raised in South Africa and currently lives in Saratoga Springs with her husband, two daughters, and two cats.  She does her very best to create a healthy relationship between family and daily consumption of food.  Her experiences in the kitchen have been challenging and rewarding and her goal is to share what she has learned, as well as continue learning from everyone who participates in this class. She will be a conduit for those who want to prepare food for their babies and who are in search of maximum health and wellness.
