Hi readers! We're going to start posting our Daily at night so people have a little heads up time to plan their day, let us know if you like this better! Also today we did a Preschool Roundup so if you're still looking for a school to send your little one this fall check it out, there are still plenty of openings! We also have a vote at the end of the Daily for our Book Club title, you have all week to vote but it starts today! We'll be updating this Daily if anything new comes up as well, so we hope you have a great Tuesday! MamatogaJulie and I will be spending our Tuesday taking a tour of Lewis Waite Farm, one of the farmers from our very own Saratoga Farmers' Market and we'll be doing a post on that coming up this week! - The Final Part of the Art Exploration Series at the Wilton Wildlife Preserve is today and the focus is Nature Self-Portraits. See yourself in nature! Join them for a walk through Camp Saratoga to learn and collect pieces of nature to create your own self-portrait nature collage. Meet at the kiosk by Parking Lot #1 on Scout Road at Camp Saratoga at 10:30 am.
- At the Saratoga Springs Public Library Quinn the guest therapy dog is back! Quinn is a Newfoundland who trains regulary and is certified through Therapy Dogs International. This adorable pup loves people, especially kids, and loves to make people smile. He will be very happy to lie quietly and listen to any story you choose. Call 518-584-7860 ext. 3 on the day you would like to read to Quinn and sign-up for a 10 minute session. Quinn will be waiting to hear your favorite story in the Crawshaw Story Room!
- It's Summertime Tots at the Children's Museum today from 10am to 2pm. This is a special time for the littlest visitors. Finger-paint, make music, create pavement pictures, blow bubbles and much more! Join them every Tuesday during the Summer, when they will close off the upper parking lot and fill it with all kinds of activities. In the event of rain, meet in the Community Room! Cost is free with museum admission.
- The Summer Concert Series has their final concert tonight in Congress Park from 7 to 8:30pm tonight. The Resonators will take the stage for the final performance of the summer. Bring your lawn chairs, picnic and enjoy a relaxing Saratoga summer evening Free admission.
