Here is our daily roundup of the goings on for kids and moms in Saratoga! There's a lot of fun stuff today, let us know what your plans are! Also, we had a great little meeting yesterday at Virgil's to discuss our upcoming launch party/benefit event coming up in October, it is going to be so much fun we can't wait to share it with all of you Mamatogians!

  • Artrageous is at 2pm at the Children's Museum: Want to be the next Picasso? Together your kids will learn about famous artists and then make their own masterpieces! Each week they will explore a different art style and medium, for a summer full of artrageous fun. Recommended for ages 5 and up, free with admission.
  • Join Steve Tomecek, also know as the "Dirtmeister," as he presents Great Inventions and Scientific Discoveries from Around the World at Saratoga Springs Public Library at 11:00 a.m. The Dirtmeister is an award-winning author and consultant for The Discovery Channel, Scholastic Inc., and the National Geographic Society. He makes science fun by re-enacting safe experiments that have changed the history of science and technology and that can be tried at home. Free and for ages three and up.
  • The Saratoga Farmers' Market runs today from 3-6pm at the pavilions in High Rock Park on High Rock Ave. Our market is currently in FIRST PLACE for America's Favorite Farmers Market, click here to vote for them and keep them in first!
  • Tales 'N Tunes is at Clifton Common Stage in Clifton Park on Vischer Ferry Road at 7pm. Musical storytelling duo perform stories, primarily from the folk tradition, with original songs incorporated in them to allow for audience participation; and they feature songs between stories. They are high energy performers and the imaginations of children and adults are sparked by the tellings.
  • It's Celebrity Bartending Night at Prime at Saratoga National from 7-9pm! Join them for an unforgettable night! The Nations top jockeys will be pouring and serving you drinks. Entertainment Provided by: Wayne Pensiero & Tony Mancuso.
