Mamatoga Daily: Tuesday, Sept. 20th

I hope you all had a great start to your week Mamatogians! There are a couple activities going on around town tomorrow, and we wanted to give you a couple reminders as well. First, if you haven't seen it yet but are reading our first Book Club title, Lift, check out the newest Book Club post, there is still time to get started! And while you're out searching for the perfect Halloween costume, make room for them by donating your old costumes to a great cause right at the Wilton Mall. I posted a poll today on facebook asking you readers where I could get the BEST CIDER DONUTS in the area and so far the frontrunner is Saratoga Apple, but Lakeside is nipping at their heels as is Hick's, if you have an opinion let me know in the comments, and if you need more fall fun ideas check out our Fall Preview post here. Once I've determined the top two votes I'm going to do a personal taste test, it might take me a few donuts to really pick a winner though, I'm just saying...We were so excited to introduce our new contributing author Kim today, and let us know if anyone tries her awesome recipe. Stay tuned tomorrow for our other new contributing author, Jeannine, with our fit tip! We're still voting on that Photo Contest winner, so if you haven't cast your vote yet check out the three photographs in the sidebar and then let us know who you think should win the photo package! And, one last reminder, we are accepting Marketplace items for our Wednesday Marketplace post, if you still haven't checked it out click here to see what we currently have on offer, and if you would like to sell please check out our guidelines first, and if you have pictures please send those as well with your listings. We hope everyone has a great night and a great Tuesday!
