Mamatoga Daily: Wednesday, Sept. 7th

Hey there Mamatogians! Tonight at midnight is the deadline for getting your Summer in Saratoga Photo Contest photos to us, so enter this fabulous contest now for a chance to win a photo package from Ashley Brown Photography worth $350! We had a full day of meeting new teachers and visiting new classrooms, and I only teared up once during Finn's kindergarten visit! I'm saving the real waterworks for tomorrow morning when his bus rounds the corner after picking him up. I'm going to go ahead and warn any other moms at the bus stop with me, I'm going to be a mess. Pregnancy hormones plus my oldest child going off to kindergarten for the first time equals lots of tears, but happy ones! I hope all of you sending off kids to school tomorrow have a great first day back! The weather already seems to be turning towards fall, and that makes me think of apple picking and corn mazes (and apple cider donuts, oooooohhh...) and if you're already in the same state of mind, check out today's post on Fall Activities around our area! And I want to know readers, who has the best cider donuts? I find it my duty during this pregnancy to find the region's best cider donuts, I might even go so far as to say I am making it my personal mission, to share it with you readers, of course. And if you haven't yet, check out our facebook invite for our First Annual Mamatoga Momster Bash and Benefit! We are SO excited to share this with you readers, and so excited to host a benefit for the Franklin Community Center and the Children's Museum at Saratoga, two fantastic local organizations that do so many amazing things for our community! We truly hope you are your families will join us in having some Halloween fun!
