There are some fun activities going on around town, if you have a little one make sure to sign up for the baby food taste test! And don't forget about all of the great activities going on at the Library as well! Today the Fit Tip by our contributor Jeannine talked about how a healthy pregnancy might not always be a "happy" one, and we also featured The Beagle School in our ongoing Preschool Series, the original preschool series for moms in Saratoga! You can look forward to more in our series, this week we'll be talking about ways to cope with separation anxiety with toddlers and preschool. We're also going to give you a few more details on our Mamatoga Moms and Kids Choice Awards for 2011, we want you guys to pick YOUR local Saratoga Springs favorites, there will be a ton of categories to vote on so start thinking about your local faves! We are gearing up for Halloween too, today at Saratoga City Ballet Lev had her Halloween Costume class, with Miss Leslie getting in on the fun wearing a fabulous Pippi Longstocking wig, the girls loved it!   • Check out this really cool event going on at the Children's Museum! Our Baby Food Taste Test is back! We'll be holding it Wednesday, Oct 26. There are 3 sessions: 10 am, 10:45, 11:30. Bring your toddler (ages 10-36 months) in to sample some new products from a nationally acclaimed baby food company. In return, you get FREE ADMISSION, plus a GIFT CARD. Wow! You must pre-register for this exclusive event. Call the Museum tomorrow morning at 518-584-5540 with your child's name, age, and time session. You may also register tonight (Tuesday night) via private Facebook message.
  • At the Saratoga Library they have Preschool Story Time for ages 42 months – 5 years from 10:15-10:45am.  Toddler Story Time for ages 24-42 months from 9:30-9:50am and 11-11:20am.  Preschool Story and Art Program for ages 42 months – 5 years from 2-2:30pm.  Get Creative with the Tang Museum for children grades K-2 from 4:30-5:30pm. And don't forget about Zombie Week!  The week of October 24-28 All week long, teens can have their photo taken and then be digitally zombiefied! Zombie Week! Crafts, cupcakes, zombie makeup and more!
